10:10 inspires and supports people and organisations to cut their carbon emissions by 10% in a year.

Any individual, family, business or organisation can make the cuts - and by working together we can make a real difference.

news round up

This week, we've had our Lighter Later campaigning hats on to get the UK government on side just in time for clock change this weekend. We're also looking to Croatia for next year's campaigning plans and give the Bangladeshi team a thumbs-up for getting the nation cycling.

  • Check out our brand new video (huge thanks to our friends at hixmedia) about our recent Pitch Pledge Party event which was all about 10:10ers funding community carbon-cutting projects. We'll be sharing the projects' progress over the coming months, so watch this space.

  • Our friends at Nektarina in Croatia, HQ of the 24-country hub, have announced their plans for 2012. A huge thumbs-up for their plans to continue campaigning, awareness raising and education about low-carbon transport, liveable cities and introducing sustainability as a subject in school.
  • With the clock change coming up this weekend, it's been a big week for the Lighter Later campaign! The UK government announced today that they will back the Daylight Saving Bill as long as it’s tweaked to give the governments of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland the final say. Check out this blog or the Sun's article for all the details.
